EndSpec as Data Processor for Client Data

Where we act as a processor, we process personal data only on the documented instructions of the relevant client (the data controller), in accordance with our contractual agreements and applicable data protection laws. In such cases, our clients are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to the data subjects whose data we process on their behalf.
